Angel Routt

Angel Routt has been working at Neighborhood for 1 year (since August 2006). Angel currently serves as the LDS Administrative Assistant, in the Ministry Development Department.

Tell us about yourself:

I am a single mother of two. My children are 18 and 10. 

My son and I have attended Neighborhood Church for the last 2 years and we are constantly blessed by the teaching, the fellowship and the many activities for children. 

I am a full time student in my 3rd year of college. My goal is to get my BSN (Nursing) and become a Registered Nurse.

What do you do as LDS Administrative Assistant?

Whatever is needed!!

Lately, I have been doing a lot of data base manipulation.

What is the best part of your job?

I get to work with some of the greatest people I know. I have never worked for an office where the official past time was not gossip. Everyone seems to love their job and there is always laughter and smiles.

What do you order at Starbucks?

Venti Earl Grey with 2 bags and 5 splenda. (for my sweet tooth)

What is your favorite movie quote?

You had me at hello.

If you had a million dollars to spend today, what would you buy?

I would buy a 3 bedroom home so my son wouldn't have to share a room with his mother. I have always dreamed of owning a home of my own

If you could change one thing about the world, what would it be?

I would love to take away all preconcieved notions about christianity and religion.

What talent do you wish you had?

I wish I could share the gospel with anyone the way that Larry does.

What food do you absolutely love? What food do you hate?

I absolutely love SUSHI and I can't stomach anything that has been fried.
