I Keep All My Promises

Today we begin a brand new preaching series, we’re calling, “I PROMISE YOU—God’s special assurances for every believer—where we are going to take the next eight weeks and camp out in sections of the Bible that zero in on some amazing promises that God has made to those who belong to Him.  

So often in our faith journey we focus on the importance of obedience—and rightfully so.  Obedience to God’s commands is critical for anyone who claims to belong to Him.  God places a premium on our obedience no question about it.  It may sound like heresy to some of us today when I say, however, that there is something even more important in our faith journey than obedience to God’s commands.  What could possibly be more important than obedience to His commands, you ask?  I’ll tell you.  Here’s is more important:  Belief.
