Global Outreach--The Provision

The philosophy of Neighborhood Church regarding financial support for short-term missions is best understood by looking at three roles:

  1. God's Role God is faithful to supply the finances for missionary work that is in alignment with His will. "Ministry done God's way will not lack God's supply." When God provides the finances for a missions trip it serves as a wonderful confirmation that the trip is in God's plan.

  2. Your Role Prayerfully raise your own support with personal finances and also by sending out support letters to the following individuals:

    • Letters to family and friends inside Neighborhood Church
    • Letters to family and friends outside Neighborhood Church
    • Letters to business associates and contacts
  3. The Church's Role All Neighborhood Church short-term missionaries are paired up with a trained Missions Mentor who provides guidance in helping a missionary prepare for their trip spiritually, logistically and financially. Neighborhood Church has a limited budget to help supplement short-term missions trips.
